CAPITAL ONE | RESILIENCE REIMAGINED
creative direction & STRATEGY
WINNER OF 3 TELLY AWARDS AND 2 HERMES CREATIVE AWARDS
When a financial institution wanted to honor community heroes during the pandemic's darkest days, we created an authentic storytelling platform that celebrated resilience and human connection.
Capital One needed a strategy to authentically showcase their Impact Initiative Grant recipients. We unlocked "Resilience Reimagined" - a documentary and photo approach that would genuinely honor community partners' extraordinary work. Our strategic framework focused on authentic storytelling over corporate messaging. From there, we developed compelling storylines, vetted subjects, and filmed on location to create 5 documentary films and 5 photo essays that brought individual heroes into focus.
